How to use your personal account


Login

To log in to your personal account, use the trader's, accountant's or technician's username and password issued by the Hermes Garant Group representative. It is also possible to change the interface language to Russian or English.

After the first login, the system will ask you to change your password. Please change your password and remember it.


Menu

The menu is located at the top of the page. In the right hand corner of the menu are the Agent and the Exit button. Each role has its own menu:

Balances

When you log in to your personal profile, the first page that opens is the Balances page. This page displays information on the current status of the Agent's balance.


Turnovers

Here you can see an aggregated report of the agent's sales for the selected period, grouped by service and currency. The 'Period Start', 'Period End' and 'Currency' fields are mandatory when using the filter. If nothing is selected in the 'Service' field, information on all of the Agent's services will be displayed. To view the information, specify the required report period, select the currency and service if required and press the Report button. The information will be displayed below.


Payments

On this page you can see a detailed report of payments for the specified period and, if you wish, for a specific service. If you wish to include agent time in the report, tick the 'Include agent time' box. If nothing is selected in the 'Service' field, information on all agent services will be displayed. It is possible to export the report in csv format. To do this, once the report is displayed, click on the 'Export to CSV' button. The browser will prompt you to download the file with the .csv extension.


Connected services

Here you can see the complete information (service ID, description, logo, limits, bets, service details, payment acceptance area and history of changes/confirmation of bets) of the current connected agent services. These are services for which routes have been defined in the Hermes Garant Group system and which are currently active. The services are divided into categories. To see the logo of a service, click on the name of the service, and to see the description of a service, move the mouse pointer over the service.

To view the history of rate changes, click on History. This will display information about the employee who added/modified the bid and the account that confirmed the bid.

Once the rates have been changed by Hermes Garant Group staff, you will need to confirm the rates through your merchant account. Without confirmation of the rates, the system will not allow payment for unconfirmed services.

After pressing the Confirm button, you will be redirected to the Connected Services page. Here you can see the bets that need to be confirmed.

You can confirm each service individually or confirm all at once by pressing a single button.


Available services

On this page, after reading the service description, you can select the services you wish to activate and send them to the sales managers of the Hermes Garant Group. To do this, tick the boxes to the right of the services you wish to activate and click on the "Send" button. You will be notified and a Hermes Garant Group sales manager will contact you. The services are also divided into categories


Inquiry

Only available through the Accountant's account.

This page allows you to manually send a request to the Hermes Garant Group system. The names of the fields correspond to the protocol. For your convenience, the fields "Request Type", "ServiceId" and "Currency" are presented as drop-down lists. To submit a request, fill in the required fields according to the protocol and click on the "Submit Request" button. The response from the Hermes Garant Group system will be displayed on the right.


Reconciliation

Only available through the Accountant's account.

This page shows the reconciliations for a particular month. Enter the required year, select the month for which you wish to view the report and click on the 'Show' button. You will be shown a list of the reconciliation reports available for the selected period. Click the 'View' button to view and print the report.
